I know how you feel .. there is very little availble at any price. It seems right now house prices have been artificially inflated. The little shack that two years ago wouldn't list for over 30K is now being flogged in the mid 150Ks. Yikes. I have two daughters and their families that are also ready to move back to this area. There is just no reasonable places to rent and trying to own is ridiculously unreasonable. Good luck, eh.
